Our customer facing Sales Engineers are motivated and incentivised to help drive new business, evangelise your technology, onboard and train new customers, and establish revenue potential for existing customers.
What they'll be doing
- Support field sales in helping customers understand the value of your technology
- Understand and help establish customer requirements and grow trusted client relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial product reviews to production
- Support PoCs throughout the entire evaluation process
- Prioritize customer needs and coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams to help support customer needs
What we'll take care of for you
- Recruitment – through our graduate recruitment partner network, we’ll market the role, screen candidates, assess each delegate against a list of core competencies and involve you in the final selection process.
- Training – as well as product specific technical training, each Sales Engineer will receive training on four competencies – Commercial Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Presenting Your Solution, Problem Solving.
- And the rest – HR, compensation, regulatory requirements, pension, benefits, computer equipment, expenses is all taken care of by Geniusly
