Website signup
When you sign up, the website records your email and signup date and starts the Slack installation flow. The Geniusly backend stores the email encrypted and uses the signup to connect your Slack workspace. Your email is not displayed publicly.
Site analytics and session replays
PostHog automatically records anonymous page visits and signup steps so we can understand where visitors get stuck. Session replays show interactions with this marketing website, with all form inputs masked. We do not send your email, advertising click IDs, or private Slack messages to PostHog. Page URLs are stripped of query strings and fragments; network request bodies and console recording are disabled.
Recordings are retained for 30 days. Site analytics and masked session replays start when a page loads, without an opt-in prompt. Browser storage keeps anonymous visitor and session identifiers. Browser settings, blocked scripts, or interrupted delivery can prevent measurement. PostHog processes this information in its US region under its privacy policy. Site analytics is separate from campaign measurement below.
Previously authorized campaign measurement
If you previously allowed campaign measurement, the existing campaign permission and advertising click identifiers may remain in this browser until that permission expires, for up to 90 days. This website no longer asks for or records new campaign consent. They are linked to your signup, a successful Slack installation, and the first successfully delivered task that uses the model. Welcome-only and setup-only shortcuts do not count as task activation.
We use this information to understand which campaigns, ads, and keywords bring people who use Geniusly. For Google Ads measurement, a password-protected feed contains the Google click ID, the event name, its timestamp, and a unique event identifier used to prevent duplicate counting. The feed does not include email addresses, Slack user or workspace IDs, prompts, files, or message content. Events without a supported Google click ID cannot be attributed in Google Ads through this feed.
We keep campaign context encrypted in the backend. Conversion feeds and acquisition reports cover a rolling 90-day window. Google handles imported measurement under its own privacy policy.
Browser storage and privacy requests
You can clear website storage in your browser settings. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already processed by PostHog or Google.

The product examples on this website use sample content. They do not read private accounts, connect tools, or perform the illustrated tasks. Connecting an app to the live product is a separate authorization step in your private Geniusly conversation.
