Client work comes with a second job. Before every call there's a brief to pull together. Every Friday there's a status update. And every time an account changes hands, someone rebuilds the context from old threads. Geniusly is an AI teammate in your Slack workspace that prepares that work from the tools your agency already uses, so you start from a draft and finish with a review.
The work around the client work
Agencies and client-services studios rarely lose time on the work itself. The time goes into gathering what's already scattered across a client email thread, a tracker in Google Sheets, a scope document in Drive and a project in Linear.
Geniusly is built for that gathering step. Ask in Slack, point it at the sources the task needs, and it prepares a result you can read, check and use.
What agencies hand to Geniusly
Client briefs before the call
Ask for a brief on an account before your check-in. Geniusly reads the latest email thread and shared documents, then prepares what's been agreed, what's still open and the decisions that need you.
"@Geniusly Prepare Acme's brief before my 2pm. Use the latest email thread and the project tracker."
Weekly client reports
Pull progress, blockers and decisions into one update. Connect Google Sheets for trackers and Google Ads for campaign data, and Geniusly prepares a performance summary you can review before it goes anywhere near a client.
Project and account handoffs
When work moves from sales to delivery, or from one account lead to another, ask for a handoff. Geniusly brings together the agreed scope, the open items and the questions for the next owner, with the sources close at hand.
Client follow-ups
Turn what the client actually said into reply text you can edit in your own voice. Geniusly prepares the text in Slack. You decide what gets sent, and you send it yourself.
Built for how agency teams already work
- Starts in Slack. Ask in your workspace and review the result there. No new tab to keep open.
- Uses your context, not a blank prompt. Connect Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Slack, GitHub, Linear and Google Ads. Stripe, Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot and Confluence are coming soon.
- Comes with you. Step away from your desk and pick up short follow-ups over WhatsApp, iMessage or SMS. Full documents and action reviews stay in your private Slack conversation.
- You stay in control. Geniusly reads from the accounts you authorize and prepares work for your review. Connecting one app doesn't authorize the others.
What Geniusly does today, and what it doesn't
We'd rather you pick the right tool than be surprised later. Today, Geniusly reads information from your connected apps and prepares results in the conversation. From Slack, it doesn't send emails for you, save drafts into Gmail, or edit records in your other tools. The one exception is Google Sheets: when you ask, it can create a spreadsheet or update an exact range. If you want a separate Slack message posted, Geniusly proposes it and waits for your approval. If your process has to end with an automatic send, check that requirement before you commit to any assistant, including this one.
Start with one account
The easiest way to judge an AI assistant is one real, checkable task:
- Sign up and add Geniusly to Slack. Your workspace may need administrator approval.
- Connect the one source your first task needs, for example the Gmail account holding the client thread.
- Ask for a specific result, like "Prepare this week's status update for Acme with completed work, blockers and the next decision. Mark anything the sources don't confirm."
- Check it against the sources before you rely on it.
